The Cancer Care West Online Shop is operated by Cancer Care West, a registered charity in Ireland. Our mission is to support those affected by cancer across the west of Ireland.

We sell items such as books, Christmas cards, and other similar goods. All profits from sales go directly towards supporting our charitable activities.

While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, slight variations in appearance or packaging may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is taken securely via our payment gateway at the time of order.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

4. Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days.

  • We deliver within Ireland and may offer international shipping depending on availability.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or third-party couriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

As a charity-run shop, we appreciate your understanding that we operate on limited resources. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on personalised or perishable items unless they are faulty.

  • Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 7–10 working days upon receipt of returned items.
